The trip is scheduled for June 6 - 11, 2009.

The approximate cost is $1549.00 per student.  That is subject to change, due to fuel/airline costs.

Chaperone cost is tentative, as it will be based upon the actual number of students going on the trip.  Based on 100 students
attending, the chaperone cost is expected to be $1106.

Chaperones will be chosen based upon:
a) Seniority
b) Service to the band
